We have acquired both City Summit, a 269-unit mid-rise multifamily apartment complex, and City Crest Apartments, a 200-unit mid-rise multifamily complex. These properties will now fall under the management of Quantum Leap Property Management.

 

With the addition of these two new properties in September, Quantum Leap Property Management, already overseeing eight other multifamily properties in the San Antonio region, expands its portfolio.
